  1. I monitor myself online all the time. I worry about the generation below us, who grew up in social media, like my cousin (19) who uses her full legal name as her Instagram handle. I mention things like “when you apply for a job and they look you up,” but she’s in that “knows everything” phase of life and you can see it just go right through her like I’m some dinosaur (at 32) and just “don’t get it.” I’m afraid she could be in for a rude awakening, even if her content is PC…it’s just not a good idea.
