mid-week round-up

Yay Wednesday! I forgot how exhausting the week after Thanksgiving is. Can’t it just be Christmas already? I want more festivities and less work, lol! After spending Thanksgiving day at home in Miami (complete with a traditional feast), Chet and I headed to St. Petersburg for a long weekend with my mom and sister (and ANOTHER meal, #gimmeallthestuffing). We ate, shopped, enjoyed some vino, and even checked out a rad exhibit at the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts that featured hundreds of costumes from the Star Wars movies! Now it’s on to decorating for Christmas, yahoo!!! Hope you’re having a great week, and here are some links for your reading pleasure…

  1. Ahh I bet that Star Wars exhibit was amazing!! I went to the Hunger Games one when we lived in NYC and they were advertising for the Star Wars one that was coming soon. I’d love to go to that, somewhere.
I think we should all petition to just take off the day before Thanksgiving and then not go back to work until January 2nd. Life would be much more fun.

  2. I finally met your mother last night! From what we talked about, you did have a great Thanksgiving! Love these round-ups. I always find something new. πŸ™‚
