mid-week round-up

Yay Wednesday! I forgot how exhausting the week after Thanksgiving is. Can’t it just be Christmas already? I want more festivities and less work, lol! After spending Thanksgiving day at home in Miami (complete with a traditional feast), Chet and I headed to St. Petersburg for a long weekend with my mom and sister (and ANOTHER meal, #gimmeallthestuffing). We ate, shopped, enjoyed some vino, and even checked out a rad exhibit at the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts that featured hundreds of costumes from the Star Wars movies! Now it’s on to decorating for Christmas, yahoo!!! Hope you’re having a great week, and here are some links for your reading pleasure…

Back from Louisiana and back for another mid-week round-up. What has everyone been up to? While our trip to Lafayette was book-ended with sadness (we found out Chet’s grandfather passed away while we were en route and attended his funeral on Monday); visiting with family, eating amazing Cajun food, and sitting in the sun for a couple afternoons at a music festival were just what we needed. Now we’re strapping in for a quick week with plenty to do. But before productivity takes over, here are a dozen links to enjoy…
