mid-week round-up

What have you been up to, my loves? Over the weekend, Chet and I drove around some nearby areas we’d yet to explore and enjoyed lunch on the Tennessee River. The weather was so beautiful and it was so nice to get out and it explore. There are so many little hidden gems to see and do! Now I’ve got work projects on the brain until next weekend. *le sigh* But hopefully squeezing in a bit of yard work, too! Hope y’all are having a wonderful week, and here are a few things I’ve rounded up for ya…

  1. The thieving lunch ladies blew my mind! I love your post on working from home. I work from home too! I love your round up posts, they bring my attention to stuff I wouldn’t see normally

  2. Dressing while 30…oh man. Right now, being pregnant, I’m wearing what I have and what I can and what’s comfy, but after this baby comes not only will I be a year older than the last time I truly shopped for me, but my body will be totally different. I have no idea where to even start! I feel like I stopped trying with fashion long ago and now I have this whole new world to discover/navigate in a few months.

  3. Lovely round up – my view on clothes is wear what you love and makes you feel comfortable 🙂 Im 51 and lets just say I don’t wear beige 😉 I liked the self-determination theory in the motivation article. thank you for the links love Bec xx

    1. I totally agree about the clothes!! Loving what your wear and feeling comfortable is going to come across as confidence and confidence is ALWAYS in style. xoxo

  4. These are some great suggestions again! I enjoyed reading about the Brooklyn apartment and seriously need that in my life. I also read ow to deliver a pep talk that’s actually motivating because a lot of time im not sure and this really helped

  5. Lovely round-up as always! I’m going to check about that post about the social media manager’s day! Sounds interesting & perhaps something that’s waiting for me in the near future.
