mid-week round-up

What’s up, buttercups? I haven’t been feeling too well the last couple of days. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I’m sick, (I NEVER get sick..so THERE!) but allergies and hormones are kicking my ass. Hopefully on the mend soon! Also, we finished the second season of Master of None. Have you seen it yet? SO. GOOD. (I loved the Thanksgiving episode especially.) I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week, and here are a few links to celebrate the mid-week…

What’s everyone up to this week? I’ve gotten back on the wedding planning wagon and am looking forward to a few purchases that should be arriving in the mail soon, including another wedding dress and 18 feet of bunting. We also scored a guestbook and a whole bunch of chalkboard signs for SUPER cheap at an office supply store that’s going out of business. Now I’ve just gotta get the invitations printed and I’ll feel proper on top of things. Hope you have a great rest of your week, and here are some little internet gems that I thought you might like…

Hi friends! What are your plans for this week? We’ve been acclimating ourselves to our new surroundings with trips out to find nearby stores and easy dinners cooked at home. Also, we had a nose around Florida International University (where Chet will be working) and it is GORGEOUS. Finally, we checked out our pool yesterday evening and splashed around for about an hour before dinner. Bliss! I could get used to such things. Have a great rest of your week, and enjoy a dozen links on me…
